Thank you for supporting the LAVENNE R9 Kickstarter campaign.
We are committed to delivering every R9 safely, transparently, and as efficiently as possible. Due to the size, weight, and complexity of shipping ergonomic chairs internationally, shipping costs are calculated separately from your pledge and vary by destination.
1. Shipping Cost Commitment
Global logistics costs continue to fluctuate due to factors including international freight rates, peak-season surcharges, fuel costs, warehousing, customs processing, and last-mile delivery expenses.
Although shipping costs have increased since our initial estimates, Lavenne continues to absorb the majority of these additional costs to minimize the impact on our backers.
The shipping fees listed below represent only a portion of the actual logistics cost. Any remaining cost is covered by LAVENNE.
Furthermore, for all currently announced destinations outside the United States, the listed shipping fees already include applicable taxes and duties, so no additional tax payment will be required upon delivery.
2. Final Shipping Rates
The shipping rates below are final for all announced regions (excluding remote-area surcharges).
Even if international logistics costs continue to rise before fulfillment, Lavenne will absorb any additional increase and no extra shipping charges will be passed on to backers.
If actual logistics costs are significantly lower than our current estimates, we will review the difference and determine the most appropriate way to return that value to our backers.

Shipping rates for some countries and regions are still being finalized with our logistics partners.
As additional destinations become available, updated shipping fees and estimated delivery schedules will be announced through the Kickstarter campaign and the Lavenne website.

Shipping rates apply to the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we are unable to ship to:

Additional arrangements may be available after the Kickstarter campaign. Please contact us before pledging if you have questions about your delivery location.
United Kingdom
Shipping rates cover mainland United Kingdom only.
Offshore islands and remote territories (including but not limited to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) may require additional shipping charges or separate delivery arrangements.
Other Countries & Remote Areas
Certain countries, regions, or remote delivery locations may require additional local delivery charges or import-related handling fees that cannot be determined in advance.
If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before shipment to confirm any additional charges. No unexpected shipping fees will be applied without your confirmation.
