Why do I need to use the same email for the deposit and the Kickstarter order?
To ensure a smooth refund process, we match your Kickstarter email with our pre-order list to verify your deposit. Please make sure the email used for your deposit matches your Kickstarter account.
Can I use one deposit to purchase multiple units?
At this stage, you only need to place one deposit. When we launch, you can choose how many units to order, and all will be eligible for the exclusive VIP price.
If I change my mind after placing a deposit, how can I get a refund?
If you decide not to proceed, you can request a refund anytime. Simply email support@lavenne.co using the same email you used for the deposit, and we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
What is the refund process?
All refunds will be processed after the Kickstarter campaign ends. Once payment collection is completed, your $10 deposit will be refunded to your original payment method — whether you place an order or not.

We’ve got you covered with a 5-year warranty on mechanical parts and 2 years on electronic components. We’re also working on extended warranty options and will share more details soon.
